Customer Service for Health and Social Care

Our new qualification enhances Customer Service in Healthcare, which will support you when you are dealing with residents, families, patients and internal and external customers within the Health and Social Care environment. 

This free course is split into 4 manageable units:

  1. Preparing to Deliver Customer Service in Health and Social Care Settings
  2. Effective Communication for Health and Social Care
  3. Understand the Specific Needs of Customers and Patients Accessing Health and Social Care Services
  4. Team Work in Health and Social Care Settings
  • Achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification

  • Increase service standards
  • Learn at a time that suits you without the need to attend college

Fully funded subject to meeting the eligibility criteria:

  • Been in the UK or EU for three years for purposes other than study
  • 19+ at the start of the academic year (19-23-year-olds must have Level 2 prior attainment)
  • Not on an apprenticeship
  • Not completed any part of the course before

 

Excluding the following devolved combined authorities: Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, North Tyne, Bristol/Bath & West Midlands.
